Hourly Investigator Rate for Private Parties $200-$350

Hourly Rate for Government Agencies, Schools, Colleges, and Universities $200-$550

Hourly Rate for Attorneys - Call for Consultation

Research Hour $100

All fees adjusted depending on complexity, risk, and required expertise.

Actual Expenses and Travel Mileage will be added to hourly rates.

$1,000 minimum advance retainer for private parties. 

Amount of retainer will depend on managing partner's assessment of case. 

Retainer balance, if any, will be returned on completion of investigation.

If a retainer is required, no work will commence until retainer is paid.

No retainer required for government agencies, schools, colleges, or universities.
